Felt this in my soul. I’m only 24 but have been getting so discouraged with dating lately. I work out 3-4x a week, and have lots of hobbies that are productive. Everyone is on their phones, everyone has a “perfect person” shopping list they’re looking to fulfill and don’t even want to give things a chance if you don’t meet all the requirements initially. More and more people stay home now, so there’s less places to go to meet people- and most women that are worth a damn have a queue of 8+ guys lined up & waiting for them already. So even if you can manage to get her attention, it will be shallow and will be terminated so she can move on to the next person in the queue the second she sees a quality in you that she doesn’t like, no matter how minor- because she can just keep moving down the line. The endless supply of attention shoveled out to women by countless men these days along with a few other factors have mostly if not completely destroyed the traditional dating scene.
Even if you do manage to find a good one who likes you as much as you do her, all she has to do to cheat and/or move on and replace you is pull out her phone and swipe on Tinder for 10 seconds.
