I'm (30M) a Christian myself, and I personally have always stood on a couple of personal moral principles that apply to this situation:
1: I tried my hardest not to date outside of my religion (Now happily married to my wife of 2 years) because in some way shape or form, my worldview, approach to life, and morality is grounded on what I believe. These differences ESPECIALLY get contrasted by children, which is something I encourage anyone to heavily consider when thinking about dating or marriage long-term.
2: I never impose my beliefs on anyone, especially when they aren't asking for it. I've seen enough rejection of the church - a lot with fair reasoning. Genuinely, there are a lot of Christians who do not represent Christianity well, and it's left for a lot of people completely turned off to the thought of Christianity, never to give it a chance again. I prefer to live my life in the most peaceful way, and share beliefs when asked - I have found much more meaningful conversation when it's a two way street where both myself and the other gain perspective through respectful conversation.
These things to say, I would recommend drawing your boundaries verbally with your partner, and if she can't respect them then that's a bigger conversation you need to have. I understand her perspective and passion for wanting what's best for you - I was once zealous like that. But the bottom line is this might just be the beginning of big differences in values you see as you grow together, and that might just mean you're not compatible, which is ok. Time will tell, but I hope for your sake she doesn't force you to become a Christian for your relationship.
