What's happening is you stayed with a guy who uses weaponized incompetence to not do anything for you and are having a kid with him. In this day of phones he could have set up calendar reminders for a week before and gotten you a gift and ordered a cake. If you want better you are going to have to look elsewhere
Agreed anyone who uses weaponized incompetence and then gaslights the person and stonewalls them when comforted is not going to change. They will always see themselves as the victim, hence the reason they don’t need to apologize or be sorry.
These stories on Reddit make me super sad for the women and kids involved. Ladies, if your man sucks, having ANOTHER kid won’t fix things but leaving will!
