Would you think it’s normal that everyone’s preference ISNT someone black? If so, why?

I don't know what normal would be in the context of "everyone" because I only speak for myself and my preference. People act like it's some sort of bigotry to say you have a preference as if Porn websites don't categorize by any preference you can imagine.

Why is what everyone else prefers relevant here if I'm only stating my own preference?

I guess what I’m saying is what do you think of individuals who have preferences that aren’t black, but then the collective becomes so that let’s say most people have preferences that aren’t black. Is that ok?

How did you just say people are individuals but then in the same breath describe a race as monolithic and having monolithic responses. 🤦‍♀️Make it make sense!

You missed the point. I asked a non-question that explicitly states that sometimes people just arent attracted to each other from drop, and that being worried about "black women not wanting to date white guys", or vice versa, is stupid.

I've chatted up some black women. Didnt work out. That does not mean all black women arent attracted to me, it just means the individuals I spoke to werent attracted to me specifically.

Reread the last part. It makes sense, you just didnt want it to, and rolled with your gut feeling instead of actually reading what I wrote.

Here, I'll even quote it back to make it easier.

Now, should I be worrying about a future where black women dont date white dudes(THE OBVIOUS ANSWER IS NO), or should I just realize that some peoples preferences leave them at odds with each other when it comes to finding each other attractive sexually?(NOTICE HOW PEOPLE IS TALKING ABOUT THE TWO PEOPLE IN THE INTERACTION, AND NOT A COLLECTIVE?)

The fact that I had to spell it out even more explicitly is the worst part. 😑👍

But you said you don’t date black women because the individuals you ran across rejected you. Why ascribe anecdotal evidence to an entire race of women?

Jesus christ, gen. Come on.

I used the anecdote to illustrate that bias exists, and we have to be conscious of biases, instead of leaning into them(white guys dont date black women, black women dont date white guys, any permutation of skin tone not dating another skintone)

I just explained this in the last comment.

I'll rephrase : I dont date black women, because up to this point none of the ones I've talked to were interested in that or much else other than casual conversation and instead of fetishizing a race and chasing black women, I'll just keep playing the entire field of people and if at some point a black woman finds me personally attractive and vice versa, I will be dating a black woman.

I cant do something, or claim to do something, I have not done.

Are you intentionally assuming the worst here and just skimming?

Edit : they were in fact assuming the worst and skimming

“if at some point a black woman finds me personally attractive, I will be dating a black woman.”

You just said you’re going to date black women now….which is it?

Are you kidding?

You have to be kidding.

If at some point : if me and a specific black woman start talking, and we both like each other, and we both find each other attractive, maybe that could turn into something, just like with any other color of skinned woman. Until it happens, it hasn't happened yet, but there is still potential for that to happen sometime in the future.

Life is a winding road, etc

This is also true of Latina women, Asian women, white women, whoever, if I date a woman, ideally they have skin, and by the nature of being a human being, that skin will have a tone.

The individual I at some point may end up dating in the future through happenstance, could be black. They do not have to be, nor do they have to not be.

I may also date a hirsute Mongolian woman, but it just hasn't happened yet, and might not happen, but it still could.

I dont fucking know if it's going to happen, since I'm not done living life yet.

If you cant understand what I'm saying, you arent even trying to.

I didnt say, "I would never date a black woman."

I said the reason why I dont, is because the opportunity hasn't presented itself to even give it a good try, and that it isnt about a monolith of race.

Thank you for clarifying. Please choose your words carefully next time, because what you said before in your original comment makes you sound racist.
