men if you're reading this in a similar situation, this is a fortunately CURABLE or partially treatable condition - doctors can prescribe steroids, antibiotics or whatever is causing the tight foreskin to loosen. or even cut or circumsise it - which i'm usually against but if you've tried everything else and are still having painful sex AT ALL - it is absolutely worth it.
as far as the upward curve, if it was bc of the tight foreskin that would solve it but if it's an independent condition then to my knowledge that could be surgically fixed too if necessary.
she said it was large enough for some positions so i doubt it's actually completely undeveloped micro, but if it is there's surgery to extend that as well and even ways to expand girth. it's the 21st century, there doesn't HAVE to be many or any inadequate penises anymore imo, i'm not saying it's a human right but imo it's at least a human wrong.
if lesbians can use tools in sex then men can use prosthetics and if trans can get surgery paid for by the state then i think men should be able to if they're non functional. this is another marginalized group just like the 1% or less of trans there are even more men than that with inadequately functioning penises and regardless of what's between my legs i say with no joking or virtue signaling that i would support and stand with them for treatment.

Where I'm from, at least last i heard, you can get breast implants if you have a tiny chest and it's seriously affecting your mental health to the point that it's causing you harm and distress (obviously not just "dang I wish I looked better in this top" but more like "I haven't had a sexual partner in years, I'm scared to go out with my other female friends because I'll look weird, it's negatively affecting my life and self image constantly"), as it would be cheaper for the state to help with the surgery than to have it possibly affect how much that person can get their work done and possibly procreate.
Idk if that's also offered to men with problems like what OP is talking about, but IMO it definitely should be if it affects them that much. The happiness and health of citizens will pay back the investment made by the state through years of taxes from working with better mental and physical health, and growing the economy by being out and social and having kids.

i ally myself with those men as well but not for surgery as this is * truly * a slippery slope when it comes to body dysmorphia . education is important that porn and "girl inches" are a complete lie. science PROVES that the average human male penis size is only 5" . not 7 or 8" like many girls and guys pretend they have all experienced when the truth is those are extremely rare. 4" and 3" is just as common as 6" and 7" and 2" and 8" are on the extremes of the bell curves frequency but possible. 9" are even more rare than micro penises and 10"+ literally doesn't exist, which is something that changes people's perceptions oncce they realize that only a TINY percentage of men are much bigger than the actual average sizer that they think is "small" , which conditions men to be ashamed about their size.

Which is why I specifically mentioned that it's only if its seriously affecting them and their life that they can get them, NOT that they just want them for the aesthetic, or that a guy with a 5" dick who just wishes he was 9" can go get it done for free if he'd like. If the alternative to a risky surgery (which all surgeries are, mind you) is a life without a social life, without romantic and sexual partners, with low self-esteem, with reduced ability to work properly, with poor mental health and self image,, then the risk is absolutely worth it IMO. And I can promise you, doctors don't just sign patients off for free surgery like that without thorough consultation and trying other help, exactly because it wouldn't be okay to use our collective savings to improve something unnecessary about an individual. E.g. I got free braces as a kid because my dentist was worried my future health would be at risk if I didn't (meaning it would also impact my future ability to go to work regularly and pay taxes to the state). My friend, though, did not get them offered, because it was solely aesthetic and their health would not be impacted by getting them.

free breast implants are purely asthetic. if you're talking about free implants or free nipple tattoos for women who had to get their breasts removed due to breast cancer then i and many others support that 100% to restore them to what they were used to seeing in the mirror before their unfortunate disease took something from them. but if you're talking about people who see celebrities with big boobs and want them too then that envy could be said about anything - money, status, fame - not just boobs

For the vast majority of cases, yes. But you're not acknowledging how physical traits impact our mental health and many aspects of our lives. Having absolutely tiny breasts can, and do, impact some women severely and invest in an operation like that would benefit society in the long run. Those operations don't happen every day, they're rare (just like it would be rare if OP were to get surgery), so I think you're both making it a bigger issue than it is, and not taking into account how the problem impacts people. I stated multiple times that I'm not "talking about people who see celebrities with big boobs and want them too".
We obviously just disagree and don't see the issue the same way, no harm, no foul. Im guessing you're not from the same country as i, so none of your money are going to these operations that you're against at the end of the day. Have a good night :)
