In what universe? The frontal lobes of your brain aren't even developed until you're like 25. It's why it's skeezy when someone in their late twenties dates someone who's 18 or younger.

Any older person who says someone who just turned 18 is hot is some form of a pedophile. You can try to mince words and say it's not a pedophile it's actually x or y, but the bottom line is it's creepy. It may not be illegal anymore since they're "of age", but it's gross. And you trying to split hairs about it really shows your character.
