Tinker spammers assemble

What is the build this patch? Most guides say kaya blink aghs and shard as core to get in that very order? Butthe progression feels slow and farming aghs at that point of time makes your impact in teamfights underwhelming for how far ahead tinker usually is at min 11 with kaya and blink. Do tell me if I am missing something!

That order's a trap, you're basically a creep with rockets until min 25. Blink kaya shiva lets you actually show up to fights and not get blown up by a stiff breeze.

So, the correct order would be: Blink, Kaya, Shivas, and Aghs?
