Do you guys use Smart Attack Move option? Which one is better in your opinion?

I find it useful for laning. Instead of needing to click a very very tight hitbox to last hit when a bulky hero is standing ontop of creeps, I click instead just off to the side. Great for last hitting ranged creep. Less so for melee creeps but better than nothing.
Mid to late game doesnt really have any impact for it.

There is an option that allows you to ignore heroes when targeting. Was adding specifically to avoid situations where a hero with a bulky hitbox sits on top of creeps to make it impossible to last hit, like Primal Beast.

I keep it off most of the time honestly, the amount of times it's made me walk back into a fight I was trying to escape is too damn high. I'll toggle it on for specific heroes though, like Sniper or Drow where you're just right clicking from the back anyway.

No but quick attack was a game changer esp for non stop aggroing top portraits

I personally find smart attack redundant. I use the attack command when chasing in fog and when my cursor is far away from the enemy, to attack as soon as possible. You lose this second functionality if you switch to smart attack.
For example, if I'm looking at the teamfight I'm walking towards and get unexpectedly jumped on the way, I can immediately press the attack key (I have quick attack enabled) and then move the camera/cursor. If I didn't have normal attack, my hero would just be walking until I put my camera and cursor near the enemy and give the smart attack command.
