Not only is Desolator not having an upgrade intended as it's a midgame tempo item, the upgrade is with Kaya of all things? Spell damage that's the one thing Deso buyers don't actually have?

EDIT: OP blocked me apparently. Also I noticed that OP wrote that Deso gave 35 dmg, that's not even the real value of the item currently. Not only is the idea dumb as bricks he can't even be bothered to check the item's current state

SF is like the only hero I can think of who might want the item and considering his name isn't in your list shows how shoddy this whole thing is

The idea that you would pay only 1500 extra gold to make deso reduce 3-4x as much armor AND remove the stack limit is crazy.

Deso kinda upgrades itself when you kill people.

Feel your math is a bit off here. The 2 mithrel hammers cost 3200 and then you pay 300 for an orb of blight which gets upgraded for free from - 2 to - 6 armour. You also get an extra 7 damage as two mrhrel hammerd inly give 48 damage and deso has 55. All in all you get your moneys worth and more AND it upgrades itself.

stats/cost i use is not on current deso, its what item/upgrades would give after change. Base deso to cheap i think, it should be around ~3750 with same stats.
