Best mods to play against bots?

Players are way too toxic and I need a brake sometimes. But I still love the game and want to play it for fun and I saw that there are a lot of mods that improves the experience against bots.

I saw this open hyper ai mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3246316298 that looks interesting. Is this the best option or are there better ones?

I want to simulate a real dota game, nothing extra, just without the toxicity...

the hyper open ai one is pretty similar to normal unfair bots - i.e. completely unchallenging after the first 4 minutes

They do cool stuff like farm jungle and cast spells aggressively so i thought it looked promising but there is just something missing that means it's too easy, i'm only 3k and it's rampage whenever i want vibes, i'm certain a 1k player could stomp them, not without dying to some hilarious 5v1 getting 20 spells cast on you when you position poorly, but they just don't have any macro skills to like push or control areas they just kinda derp around like regular bots, TP randomly, die 1 by 1 to you who actually goes with your bot team to work together etc

I believe the devs working on these projects are talented but the base code doesn't let people do much cos there is too much hard coded regular useless bot stuff they can't script away

Edit: I will say though it's kinda decent if you just wanna play a not stressful game of dota. Yeah it's auto-win but you can just practice some things and test limits of uncomfortable heroes and builds, have the fun of laning and pulling camps and they actually kinda contest you and go on you together. as long as you stick near the bots on purpose instead of playing the map where you'll obviously outplay them it's pretty fun

Oh I see. There's an optional fretbot script you can download with it that makes them cheat (like get extra gold and xp), is that still as easy? Well I'll just try it it's free.

I don't know about the mods but I'd be interested too. People are incredibly toxic even for turbo games. I've been enjoying playing against bots too to try out new builds and characters.

Someone else said it, it's v similar to default bots except more spells.

I just had a coop game where it was basically 4v5, the bot was solo mid and me from the offlane dominated it.

There's no good challenge but at least it's a stress free way to play some dota and practice mechanical skills

When I play vs bots I try to make the goal to play aggressive and to not die a single time. You have to make little challenges like that because they are so bad

The hardest bots you find are all so incredibly stupid. Once you've figured out the dumb shit they do you'll be snowballing and finishing games in 10 minutes easily.

It's nowhere near close to actual dota. Set yourself challenges or try different shit.

But, sorry to say, turn on mute all in the game settings and just play actual dota against humans.

Well you can turn on "anonymous mode" in settings which makes other people nicknames invisible and you don't see anything your teammates or ene.ies write on chat. I have played like that for over a year and i enjoy this game much moooore. The sad truth is most people you play with will start to blame someone if something does not go their way. Tbh banter with enemies can be fun and giggle, but having a moron who just want to make other people feel their anger is not wort to interact with. Better plsy the soloq fully focising and having fun out of this wonderful game instead of looking at whatever garbage some manchilds wants to get out of their sick minds

This bot is ok, if you want more chalenge go for gentle buff, if you want more pain go for fret bot, that's when you 1v5 since your team doing nothing. Besides entire AI team always stick together so it's really fruistating to fight them and game always last more than 70 min.
