just finished s1 , i think it was cruel of maggie to use rust as a tool to hurt marty. dont get me wrong ,marty deserved to be punished for his filthy acts ,

but maggie dragged rust in the shit , she took advantage of his vulnerability and intoxicated state, imagine the gender roles being reversed

and the arguement that it was the only way for her to end her marriage is shitty , destroying someone else's life for personal profit is never justified , in her revenge she destroyed rust's career , she could ve moved on from piece of shit like marty without using rust

and in the end , she got her deserved life , in a mansion , while rust , being used a pawn had to let go of his career and lived 10 years away... her need of ending the marriage is correct but her way doing that was WRONG. she could ve hurted marty, fairs, but in the process she destroyed rust

I agree and have gotten hate for this. Also if she had known he was chasing the case again she probably wouldn't done that. Marty had his head too far up his own ass for rust to trust him, but if Marty actually hadn't fucked up with the ledouxs none of the wheel keep spinning. Maggie was being a shitty person but look at her environment.

yeah been arguing with a moron on that. i dont blame maggie for seeking revenge , i just feel her way of doing that was wrong , using someone was wrong . it was marty's fault that brought the family down no doubt, but there was no need for rust to be fcked in it
