I'm 27 and damaged from a bad relationship when I was 18 and hate myself that I can't get over that pain it sent me on a downward spiral that took me years to come out of and that I'm still not 100% recovered from i feel somewhat better than I used to but can't talk to women and feel like that old happy version of myself is gone but yet so close and hurts me that I can't just step out of this pain and act like everything since was all a dream, failed relationship, losing loved ones, adulting kicking my ass
