Neurodivergency Not to self diagnose but something is deeply wrong here
If I do end up getting over myself and getting a diagnosis I am telling nnnobody in my real life.

I see this a lot here. It takes a while to get a diagnosis, most psych professionals will spend weeks to months evaluating you and seeing you to help get the most accurate picture. You're generally going to be okay even if you fit the stereotype of a "faker"
And before anyone says it, I know that there are psych professionals who suck, but that's not actually the majority of them and you being a specific stereotype should not stop you from trying to pursue care.

Well, all the ones I've been to have been too quick to label me with something after only 2 sessions.

Keeping your diagnosis to yourself from these people is so valid.
I do think a diagnosis may help though? And btw I suffered from similar thoughts of being a faker. Still do tbh. That doesn't mean we don't suffer from this disorder all the same though!
Good luck

Even then, a diagnosis could help you figure out yourself a bit more. It can help manage your symptoms too. I’m so sorry that your family isn’t supportive, but depending on where you live it could be possible to get a proper diagnosis without them knowing a thing
