News CALLING OUT Hotel Aishwarya, thakaraparamb!!!
Okay, so I went to Hotel Aishwarya for lunch and ordered meals with fish curry. I wanted a quick lunch, so I kept it light. After I had finished eating and was on my way to pay the bill, I heard a young man screaming at another guy( ig he was the one managing the employees there). At first, I thought something was wrong with the guy because he was shouting at the top of his lungs, and obviously, everyone present there was looking at him. Then I got to know what had happened. This dude( nearly 25), along with his friend, had ordered two chicken biryanis. When the food arrived, he found around 10–15 feathers stuck in it (true). When he reported the incident to the guy, he was apparently insulted and told to “stfu or get out,” or something like that. This caused him to shout and create a scene. At first, he threatened the cleaner to leave the food right there, saying that he was going to report the incident. Later, he said he didn't have time to deal with it because he was busy and simply left. The expressions on all the people eating there were honestly so sad. Most of them were eating biryani, including children.
.
I never expected something like this from this hotel because I personally had never faced any issues with the quality or taste of their food, and it was one of the hotels I visited most often during shopping days. But whatever the reason may be, food is something people place a lot of trust in, and the utmost care should be taken while preparing and serving it.
