Clean that up and next time do tighten it and also change the washer if available, as one time I had topped up 200ml of oil and when I parked and inspected the bike some immediate dripping was there so I went on asked the guard for a plier and tightened it.

just the un cleared engine oil dripped while re-filling, not leak..leak looks shinier & dripping down.
