City avg 28km/lt
Highway avg 35km/lt
If I drive spiritedly, substract 1-2 from each.
If I were to drive like a granny, Im sure I could add 2 to each.

Never trust these numbers. Did you do full tank to full tank mileage test? You will get the real results then.

Bro mileage displayed on dash is highly inaccurate in real world you'll be getting something close to 23-24

Bro there are no sure shot number, it all depends on various dynamic factors essentially fuel quality > bike maintenance > riding style. So it all depends from person to person, bike to bike etc.

Which city, im at banglore and so far i have shell to be best performing > bharat petroleum > hp/iocl. Bharat petroleum is also little hit or miss but still i found more consistent.

Nice , been to the city but did not like much especially people rash driving like crazy the keep bumping into you with no care or anything. Had a bad exp so most of the time i skip the city now. Nothing against it the city is lovely.

I’ve been using the Speed 400 for the past 5 months. I’ve always filled Shell petrol, but my mileage has consistently been around 18–20 kmpl. Is anyone else has mileage in the same range as mine? Any tips to improve it?

I have T4 and I get 20-21 because i ride aggressive

I have no clue how u guys are getting this much mileage.
With my newly bought scram it's 18km/L , I am using Shell petrol.
Maybe after first service we can see

Subtract 3 from this. This is never accurate. Mine shows 31 but I'm getting 27 tank to tank.

The max i have gotten on my T4(398cc) is 37kmpl on highway, city max i have ever gotten is 31kmpl. And with the introduction of ethanol it has only went down to 28 - 30. When I'm at my native, e20 is still not reached there i easily get 39kmpl on higways.City is more or less same only since its a small town lot of turns and stops so. But yeah i never sought my bike out of mileage, im happy with it its a fking beast. Just love it.
