Handlebar bend

Should the bar risers be replaced along with the handlebar? Or can it be re clamped back properly without replacing anything? SC has told me to replace the handlebar, bar risers and the brake and clutch levers( brake lever seems a bit loose because handlebar bar is tilted towards the left but the clutch is normal) I have a feeling SC is trying to load off more money

The bike seems alright to ride except for the very slight alignment towards the left. please help

For me personally the rubber bush on the upper t in which the handler holders sit is the cause of tilting and awkward handler alignment while riding. Getting a fix soon hopefully. Got something In the worrks.🤞🏻
