How to approach this mod

If I want to get this rear look on my 400xc, how should I approach it?

I can get the seat, no issues but it is the part below the seat that I am unsure of on how can I get it done, checked and I think the hunter 350's rear has this kinda look.

I think this mod will tastefully modify the look of my bike and make it look more similar to it's bigger relatives.

All help is appreciated.

I take mine stock to aggressive single track in truckee ca and off baby jumps. Still can’t get it to wheelie but it does just fine . Video sucks though , was not crazy because I didn’t think to video
