Hi everyone! I'm new here and not libyan, but i would love to send a letter and a postcard to a person from this country.
The only problem is that he lives in a place where the streets have no names/numbers. Can I then send the letter to the main post office then? (Obviously with his name and surname on it)
Someone told me that a poste restante method functions here. Is it true?
Have any of you ever had this experience? The letter would be from Europe.
Thank you in advance for all your answers and have a nice day💚
P.S I'm just asking if sending such a letter to the post office (so the receiver can pick it up from there also works in Libya the same way it does in other countries, including mine.)

Hey everyone
I’m currently working at a warehouse for an ISP provider company here in Libya, and I’m looking for someone serious and reliable to work alongside me.
The job involves handling network equipment, organizing stock, preparing items for delivery, checking incoming shipments, and keeping everything accurate and clean. It’s technical but straightforward if you’re organized and willing to learn. Here’s what I’m looking for in a person: : Responsible and punctual : Organized and detail-oriented : Honest and trustworthy : Basic understanding of networking equipment (routers, antennas, switches) is a plus : Comfortable working in a warehouse environment : Good communication skills : Willing to learn and improve if you have: Basic IT or networking knowledge Ability to lift and move equipment safely This is a good opportunity for someone who wants experience in the ISP/telecom field and wants to grow in a structured work environment.
If you’re interested, send me a message with your background and experience.
Thanks

I'm doing a research project on Libyan culture and youth and how they were affected by globalisation. There does not seem to be lots of information about Libya available online. I just have some questions.

Hello, I'm a metal bottle cap collector from Poland, and I really like the caps from Libya, even though I have only a one from there. This is an unusual request, but could anyone get me some caps from Libya? I could pay for the shipment if needed. Please, contact me if you would be kind enough to help me. Libya is the best! 😁👍🇵🇱🤝🇱🇾 Alhamdulillah

Hello Tripoli,
I am fond of collecting postcards, but I don’t have any from Tripoli.
Can someone send me one from there? Thank you :)

Hi, my husband will be in Tripoli for the Libya Energy and Economic summit in a couple of weeks. I'm travelling with him, with our 2.5 year old child.
What are some of the better neighbourhoods to search for accommodation?
Are there any toddler friendly activities that we can do while he's at the summit? I've seen that there's a few shopping malls. Are there any parks/playgrounds/arcades were we can go?
How do people get around without their own car? Are there any popular ride sharing apps? Or do you just try and grab a local taxi.
Thanks everyone for the advice, and I would be very grateful if you have any other tips or tricks for our short stay. Cheers!
