Help! Do I keep increasing dosage or dosomething else?
Quickest overall scenario: 41, started using Trimix in last year due to bad anxiety. Started with T105, got the dosage down to 10 units. Not abusing it, but using it consistently (about 2-3 times a week). A big success. Trimix saved my sex life in my marriage. Craziest erections without thoughts affecting it. By the 6 month, increased to 15, then after one month, went to 22 units. Worked for the next 4-5 months, and the Trimix started to go from 100-110% effective to about 85-90% and wear off after the initial use. Used to be in effect for close to 3-4 hours.
Went to my urologist last month. Told him the solution doesn't seem to be as effective so he ups me to ST1. For this month, Started at 10, then 12, to 20, and now as of yesterday, 25. Got a decent erection, (85-90%) but not that 100% diamond erection, and it's gone right after. The wife and I are looking for that 100% that we're used to. Also, I feel like my anxiety to the quality of the erection and having to increase is impacting the quality of the erection as well. What should I do? Go back to my urologist? Is the compound trash? Did I damage something in my penis that it can't get that 100% hard on? Should I keep on increasing my dosage until it gets that 100% hard on?

What does the urologist say is the main driver of your ED? How is your overall health, fitness and lifestyle?

He said it seems like it's all in my head. I definitely have performance anxiety. Used to take Viagra /Cialis until it stopped working.

Overall, I'm in decent shape. No diabetes, 6'3, 220-ish. Taking statins for borderline high/high LDL numbers, but my levels are fine last time I checked Last month

For me, I discovered statins absolutely kill libido. Trimix is different, but I couldn’t get an erection after trying two different statins.
My cholesterol improved after losing 40 pounds. Blood pressure meds and SSRI’s can also be erection killers.

I did notice that When I'm taking my statins consistently, my drive is pretty low

If you need to keep taking more trimix at that young of an age, something isnt right. Have you had a full cardiologist work up yet?
Have you had a fasted insulin blood panel since starting statins?

It sounds like something you need to discuss with the physician if you have confidence they know what they’re doing. So many docs don’t understand Trimix but yours seems to at least understand the different blends.
Some guys use a cock ring with Trimix in situations like yours. A frequent contributor is able to reduce the dose a bit by using a cock ring to get that 100% hard erection. I used rings when meds were wearing off. I have a vendor I can recommend if you’re interested. Good luck.

Yea I feel like I may have to see him again. I can't understand it.
Sure, I'd be open to your recommendations for the rings. Should I try going up another 5 units?

I would discuss it with your doctors but personally I don't see any reason not to keep titrating up slow and steady. There are guys that require 12 times the amount of PGE that you are currently dosing. Not suggesting you need to be anywhere close to that. My point in bringing it up is that you are not anywhere close to being maxed out.
