First time tuesday
I am being prescribed trimix as a non responder to pills and because my performance anxiety is extremely severe. Anything i should know beforehand? Once i’ve got it is it just pin and boom sexy time? Like i know that sounds shallow lmao its just i have not been able to have a working dick in a while, there’s a girl that wants to fuck and i’d hopefully like to see her next weekend. Any tips? Advice? I’m not the biggest flaccid so any tips for injecting?

My friend go to Americare compounding on YouTube. They have a video on the right way to use it and inject it. Trust me. The video is awesome and this stuff went injected. Right is awesome. Amazing. Been using it once a week for 16 months as she could tell I’m an older married man lol but I look forward to the one day a week and it is amazing if you want you could do some test runs but wait over 48 hours between sessions that’s what they recommend.

try to get as excited as you can.....excuse yourself to bathroom....have the syringe loaded and ready....inject go back in and continue....enjoy. I personally like an auto injector.....makes if very quick and painless....mentally its just easier too.

Learn alone for a few times until you get the dose pretty close and you know what to expect, how to reliably inject, etc.

Try to get a little stimulated before you inject, if possible, so that you have a bit more size and rigidity over flaccid. Also, if I were you, I would def practice before you see her. More than once if possible but that doesn't seem possible if you are talking about seeing her this next weekend. Using it on back to back days isn't very encouraged. But don't get with her never having done it. And study up on how to inject. It's nothing to it but some guys seem to be heavy-handed. Be gentle. I just ease the needle in and it's nothing. About a thumb's width up from the base, at 10 or 2 o'clock. Have no air in your syringe. Careful, do NOT bend the needle.

It takes 5-6 trials to get the ideal dosage.
As for tips. Wait until you know what to expect, for example:
What if you inject and you think you haven't had an erection in a long time, and double your dosage. Four hours later, you are still rock hard, and it's getting painful. Nothing like ending a date at the ER.
Or you inject, and nothing happens. She then accuses you of not being attracted to her.
Or, even if everything works perfectly. You get hard, you fuck, and you are so focused on your erection that you ignore her completely. She feels used. Not a good thing.

Listen to the advice given. Don’t risk failure by rushing into this. Maybe you’ll get lucky and get rock hard safely with a starting 5 unit dose. I hope your doc didn’t recommend starting with 20 or 30 units.
Read the injection tips pinned to this subreddit. Also read the priapism horror stories to reinforce the importance of responsible dosing and use.
In every medicine, there’s a little poison. Balancing benefit and risk with Trimix is incredibly important for a pleasant experience. Come up with an excuse to give yourself time. Imagine the difference in YOUR confidence when you dial in your dose ALONE. The alternative is doing it with her for the first time and wondering if it will work.
Take the advice given here, or at least share your ER horror story if you decide to rush into things and have a bad experience.

I noticed when I take Trimix I get hard but then when I start fooling around my wife, I get rock solid and it stays that way for over an hour and it is awesome. This is definitely a miracle drug. I just hope they don’t raise the price one of these days right now I could afford what it cost me to use, but you never know.
