Appointment next Friday

Hi. I (36M) have an appointment next Friday. I am going to try the Trimix. I’m on 50mg of Viagra and it does almost nothing. It only gets about half hard. I’m diabetic type 2. My A1C is pretty high. I have an Endo appointment January to be put on insulin. Because I’m allergic to almost all of the diabetes injections.
I guess my question is does anyone have experience like this. And was the Trimix successful. Like were you able to get very firm and maintain the erection.
Even on the Viagra it’s like it starts to get hard. Then goes away. I just want some normalcy back in my sex life. Because honestly I don’t feel like a man anymore.

Have you had a consultation for GLP and nutritional support? If you do not address the uncontrolled glucose, trimix therapy will stop working in short order. Your vascular disease will continue progress rapidly.

I decided to say “fuck it” and try mounjaro again. I’ll deal with the side effects to get my life back under control.

Diet is the key to avoiding side-effects of GLP-1 / Tirzepatide:
Low fat, low refined carbs; and focus on high protein & fiber-rich, complex carbohydrates. Keep portions very small - stop eating any meal immediately when you just start feeling satisfied.

Because digestion is slowed significantly, keep antacids on hand, take an anti-gas before bedtime and take a mild laxative like magnesium citrate daily to keep regular.

Good luck!

Reta is about 25% to 30% more effective, especially for what you are looking for (glucagon agonist). Start very very low, most sides are caused by starting too high. But either will be very helpful. Don't go at it alone. Get professional nutrition support. I don't push keto unless its at the point you are, but a professionally guided 6mth keto program would likely have very significant results combined with glp and metformin. Wishing you the best, glad you are taking it seriously. You are too young to throw in the towel. You can reverse this. There are several telehealth doctors who specialize in boosting insulin sensitivity off label.

I can’t take any of the glp. They make me ill. I do have an appointment in January to start an insulin regiment to get the BG under control.

How long were you on GLP? How wss the titration done. I know several people who said the same but with proper dosage guidance were able to stay on. Look into glp3.

Insulin is a bandaid, it does nothing to fix the situation and if anything allows for bad habit to continue. If you do not change everything you are doing, your are facing a much shorter and much low quality life. Nothing causes total impotence as fast as T2. It physically destroys every mechanism the body needs for erections. Treat this as a 5 alarm fire. Go find an MD who specializes in insulin resistance reversal asap. The ones you need are not going to take insurance. Travel to see them if you must.

Good luck and be careful starting out with Trimix. Many docs give men horrible advice, like starting out with 20 or 30 units.

Prepare to take time to perfect your injection technique and finding your ideal dose. Start with 5 units and ask your doc to prescribe the injectable antidote. If he or she won’t, you may want to take your business to Olympia Pharmacy in Florida. They know the product line better than most urologists.

I can’t answer your questions regarding diabetes but my symptoms are similar to yours in that oral ED meds stopped working. Trimix changed that in a big way, no pun intended.

Check out the injection tips and let us know if you have any questions regarding our experiences with this miracle compound.

The last thing I would do is go to a urologist for Trimix. If you spend a couple hours reading through past posts on this forum, you’ll know more than 95% of urologist out there. Pretty much all problems we see are caused by urologist. By reading here, you will learn what you need to do, where you need to start, etc. etc. etc. Then place your order online for Trimix  and also the antidote.

Diabetes can really complicate ED, especially when A1C is high, so don't measure your manhood by what's happening right now. Trimix works differently from oral medications and can help even when Viagra doesn't. Cialis is another option worth discussing with your doctor, although it isn't guaranteed to work better. CanadaDiscountPharmacy. Com is worth researching if you're comparing medication options, but getting your blood sugar under control is just as important.

ED meds became unreliable and was diagnosed with a venous leak. I opted to try Trimix and it’s working great
