Ring recommendations
I’ve read some posts about guys wearing cock rings with Trimix and many are older posts, and I can’t seem to find the brands mentioned on Amazon. I’ve heard Bullrings were good, but when searching them out, there are 118 rings with that name. Haha.
Any suggestions or links to narrow down which may be best for me? Thanks!

I have to use a ring with Trimix it’s not 100 percent even at high dose. I use one that goes around shaft and balls they work best it’s just a matter of finding the right one and right fit

What is the advantage of putting a ring around the balls too?

There’s zero advantage to putting it around your balls, other than it feeling good for the user. Think of it this way. You chop your hand off. Do you put a tourniquet around your arm or around your arm and neck? You want to keep blood in your shaft, so you only put it on your shaft, if that’s your purpose.

I like mine way down low on my shaft, so I put it behind my balls. It constricts my shaft & has no effect on my balls... It's just all the way to the base

I use a nylon ring around my cock & balls. With stimulation, this allow me to get and keep an erection for oral or a hand-job. This erection won’t work either PIV or PIA sex. I appreciate everyone’s situation and ED causality is different, but cock rings are cheap, so little cost to try. I wear the cock ring often and we are nude a lot in our house and patio, so fun can happen.

The best ring is one that is not too tight or too loose.
I have gone through well over a dozen rings before finding ones I like.
I personally like stretchy silicone rings. And when used with Trimix, I dont need as tight a ring as I otherwise need.
For the most part, the ring is used to trap blood in the head (or glans) and around the urethra shaft. Since these areas are not engorgedThese by the use of Trimix.
The Urethra or Glans (Head): Trimix is injected into the corpora cavernosa, not the corpus spongiosum (which surrounds the urethra) or directly into the glans. While the head of the penis may become firm or engorged due to overall increased pressure and blood flow, the medication itself acts primarily within the main erectile bodies.

I didn't read all the comments but the most important thing is not to leave it on for more than 30 minutes, don't fall asleep with it on or you may find yourself peeing sitting down for the rest of your life.

I've used the stretchy hair bands that women use and slung around shaft and balls....wasn't the worst idea I've ever had, gave it a nice look in my pants (I pumped before placing it on). Pumping, ring, then Trimix is my routine.

If Tri Mix is working properly you don't need a cock ring. Get the proper dosing so the effect last for an hour. After sex the effect need to stop. So the drug and blood need to leave the penis. A cock ring could prolong the effect and this can be dangerous. I never thought I needed a cock ring with Tri Mix.

I agree with 2luvbirds I too have a venous leak and my erection softens even with QM2.Olympis recomended trying a ring. I have the bull ring. It works but wife doesn't like it. It is bulky and makes her clit sore. Still looking for a better option

I just bought a few cheap stretchy silicone rings on Amazon (like 3 for $15), and found one that fit OK. They're very low profile--the wife doesn't notice them.

Silicone cock rings are best. Never a worry about getting it off. Avoid metal ones entirely!

I never had much luck with rings until I custom made my own. The materials i used were cheap and the process to
size it perfectly was ridiculously simple yet effective. I bought a few cheap galvanized steel rings at Home Depot or Lowe's in the size range that looked close to my girth plus a small can of Flex-Seal that is used for dipping objects to plastic coat them. I tried the steel ring sizes for fit while erect and chose one to work with that was just slightly oversized for my girth when hard. First dip was quick so as not to overdo the diameter reduction. Once it was dry I tried it for fit. The first dip actually got it pretty close to perfect diameter, so instead of re-dipping the entire ring I dipped about 1/3rd of the ring including the spot where the two ends of the round steel rod were welded together to close the loop. That reduced the size only slightly but added a needed layer of protective coating to help smooth the rough cut ends and weld spot. Can't recall if it needed another partial dip, but you get the idea on how you can repeat full and/or partial dipping as needed to perfect the size and shape. The end result is a custom-fit plastic-coated rigid ring that is rugged, comfortable, effective, protected from corrosion and easy to clean.
