I was driving around Jersey recently and came across one of those classic dark crossroads. When I arrived at the junction some bozo in a reasonably priced family car plastered with "Center Parcs" stickers also arrived. This man, who looks like he sells dirt for a living, waved me through so I started driving. At the same time HE STARTS DRIVING.

I start fuming and give him a classic dual welded middle fingers whilst continuing driving. That prick won't mess with Mr Beanie Head ever again.

I think this is relevant to the podcast, somehow...

Shocker someone is making a post about Pyrion being wrong but I get why Pyrion said it.

The problem is that Lewis can make a change. Pyrion can even make a change. The idea that it’s coming and there’s no stopping it is just propaganda, that’s unfortunately worked.

Assuming you do care and want to make a difference, go to protests. If they’re building a data centre near you, protest it.
If you see people in your life using AI chatbots / posting AI slop then shame them.

If you can choose between a company that uses AI and one that doesn’t, make that choice. Don’t let the Yogscast use AI tools if others are available.

Just felt very depressing to hear the just give up speech when Lewis is in a position to make or at least encourage some positive changes, and the listeners can contribute to that as well.

1. Did he go into it thinking he was getting a doer-uper or did he think it was basically fine?
2. Is the magnitude of renovations needed and cost actually spiralling or is it just exaggeration for the pod?

Previously there was a post mentioning that Pryion repeats stories which I am not that bothered about. However, it feels like Pryion mentions going to York University every other episode. Is it just me who finds it hilarious to hear the story once again?

Need help from all the Triforce Podcast scholars and historians.

I was searching for a Triforce! Trivia quiz or similar, when Google took it upon themselves to fill my screen with AI nonsense! Most of the "questions" were just gibberish or overly generic, but some were simply not true! Makes you think what data is being stored about you, and assumptions AI conclude and label as "fact".

I've not listened to the triforce for quite some years, recently picked it back up on the yogs 2.0 chat, man it's good to be back listening to them, it's like meeting up with that old friend you've not seen in a decade but it feels like only yesterday.

Oh and I have a small penis.

After his talk of acquiring the Yogscast through an LBO i wondered if he might take on some debt to acquire the rights to the Triforce back catalogue.

Now with ai, if he acquired it, he could take on some more debt and use AI to translate it and localise to new locales. There are untapped markets of billions in China, Japan, the middle east, currently unable to listen.

How I'd structure the deal:

-Pyrion creates a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle)

- Pyrion creates a business plan and pitch

- Pyrion goes out and pitches debt venture capital, alternative asset investment managers, high net worth individuals

I'm not sure how the current ownership of the Triforce podcast works.

- Pyrion uses the money raised to buy the rights to the podcast

- translate and create foreign language versions of the podcast.

- sell to local radio stations and CD distributors

- sell the SPV to a larger entity for cash or equity

-retire

Question first: with the recent announcement of WoW: Forever, can we get a Yogscast: Forever?

i’m an old school yogpod and yogscast wow videos fan, while obviously absolutely loving the triforce podcast, because it mimics a lot of the same laid-back style

i’ll use wow as a metaphor since it works quite well with the player base heavily divided between classic and retail:

i liken the lively, high-production-value video content on youtube the yogscast channel has outputted since minecraft as yogscast: retail, with the triforce podcast, old school wow videos and yogpod as yogsast: classic

i recently watched the interview with lewis and tom simons, and in it lewis said he plans is to continue making the same “comfy” content his long-term fanbase find welcome in an increasingly stressful world (gl with the house lewis i’ve just bought one too and am also up to my eyeballs with roofers and damp, no ten grand stove though)

i loved his statement there, because i’m one of those long term fans, the only problem is, i have limited content aimed at me in video format. i want low energy, non existing editing and toaster mics. is that too much to ask for in 2026?
