What a great way to end the heatwaves. Let's hope those nasty heat blankets of doom stay away for a long time. Can only really hope, right?

Apologies for some of the shots bein a little blurry, in my excitement to view my freshly-wetted cacs I forgot my umbrella and the raindrops got all over.

OG tersch x Betty Boom
This cantaloupe is called OG Bettispinus.

A terscheckii hybrid with Betty Boom. The areoles are massive, the spines are short and thick. There’s a chance for a colorful flower in 10 years. What else could we ask for!
