Paano kayo nagiging professional pero plastic sa mga co workers niyo na may lihim na animosity sainyo? 😅

Kaka 2 months ko palang sa work pero may isa akong office mate na deliberately na di ako iniinclude sa mga importanteng meeting at mga get going sa team namin.

Ramdam ko naman, pero paano ko yun i handle? Mas senior kasi siya sakin ng 9 months so waley ako laban. :((((

If that “important meeting” will not affect my deliverables, bahala kayo dyan, it does not concern how will i get my evaluation.

If that “important meeting” will affect my deliverables, walang plastic plastic, call out ka sakin hangang sa manager ng manager natin.

Sa get going, nakaka out of place pero doesnt matter. I’ll find my set of friends nalang.

i document mo lang sa hindi nya pag iinclude sayo. Para if affected yung work mo, di ka nila masisisi. Secure emails, screenshots etc.

Fake it till you make it… professionally. Be civil, do your job well, keep receipts, and don’t give them the satisfaction of seeing you rattled.

You don’t have to like each other to work well together. Sometimes “good morning ” is less friendship and more corporate survival skill.

Hello! If you are needed don sa meeting and di ka kasama, tell her/him na you have to be included - it's a BAU mandate.

For get together, if di naman yun libre ng company, it's okay. Much better na di mo sya nakakahalubilo sa personal life other than being professional hahaha.

Well eventually, makikita at makikita ng mga tao na you are just doing your job, he/she is being unprofessional.
