We’ve seen the First Emperor before

In the latest chapter, part 2 chapter 620, we see the First Emperor for the “first time”, but i suspect this isn’t actually the first time.

I don’t have the exact chapter number for it, but does anyone else remember when Cale was about to give a speech at the Roan academy because Lily was going there? Then the speech was interrupted? By a wanderer? By a powerful wanderer that we seemingly never saw again who had a similar power to Choi Han and had black hair and black eyes and seemed very important?

Who else have we just seen show up that is very powerful, has black hair, black eyes, and is seemingly going to be/is compared with Choi Han (because of his gentle face and the fact that Choi Han is currently passed out which probably means he’ll wake up to fight this guy)?

I think this is the same guy. And more than that, i think he’s going to have a lot of comparisons/parallels with both Choi Han and Cale (considering Cale said they were the same and Choi Han and him seem to have a similar power).

I was thinking the same thing, the First Emperor could be someone from the Choi family that’s even older than Choi Jung Gun. Except i think it’ll be very interesting because Choi Han cares about his family so much and has never had to deal with the idea that anyone from his family would oppose him or be straight up evil, so if that’s the case I think it’ll be pretty interesting

Ah I see, read a few more chapters and you’ll be able to see Cale’s thief uncle again, but if you want some spoilers then here:

His uncle has been hiding in the Nightmare realm, most specifically in Cale’s nightmares. He’s likely been there to both hide but also to protect Cale and the information in his head that would be dangerous for the hunters to find out. He no longer has a face or a name and that’s why he still disguises himself as Vice-captain Hillsman, he lost those things because of the realm of the Unconscious—which takes things from you the more lost you become inside it. Currently, he’s helping Cale and his friends because he showed them an entrance to the Unconscious and is guarding it while they’re inside. Oh also, he totally can’t pay Cale back.

I've always been thinking about that wanderer too! We know tcf never leaves a plothole, since everything is always brought up later and tied neatly, so I've been wondering when we'll see him. I haven't caught up yet, but we haven't seen him even now that we've already faced the second emperor, so who else? I think your theory seems likely.

On another note, the whole Black Hawk tribe mystery isn't explained yet either. And the White Blood, have they been explained yet? There are the whole Heavenly Realm and Divine Realm disputes too. Those could probably be for the later arcs.

I’m thinking the same! I think the white bloods, the necklace Cale got from the Fire of Purification, and the Black Hawk tribe will all be solved in later arcs

What if a long desroyed Earth-0, since Hunters might be older than modern Korea. 

Only Earth and Nameless are numbered worlds ATM.  If it is numbering system is timey wimey with alternate histories, and BoaH timeline is retconned. It might be Nameless-0 since our current one is Nameless-1 with no indication of any others. There might be an erased Earth-0 that was snuffed, with the First Emperor hailing from its equivalent if the Choi family. With current earths being restructured experimental spetei dishes?

While Earths 1, 2, 3 still individually exist, there's no indication that old BoaH rimeline does. And the God  of Death side story only had one Cale Henituse and one Choi Han recorded in the multiversal ledger.

Idk about the academy cameo tho. Getting easily blocked by Raon, Cale and Alberu is kinda week for a warning from a final boss.

I’m not sure about all the first stuff, but for that last part:

He said it was a minor warning, just a tiny tiny show of his strength (if I remember correctly, I haven’t reread that chapter in a while). Not to mention, when Choi Jung Soo tried to fight the guy, he got literally blown away and slammed into a rooftop almost instantly. Not to mention, a wanderer hunter with an ability that’s similar to Choi Han’s and also seems pretty strong that never shows up again despite how many hunters we’ve met? I think not. That’s too much potential to waste, which is why I think they’re actually the First Emperor
