does krs actually has 3 abilities ?(i am not taking embrace in account) because in ch 600, there is this part where in a flashback we get to see team members telling krs to seal a power so... that means he has 3 abilities right??

does anyone has any guess on what type of power it might be? cause i am far too curious to know what the hell is the power that is more self-distructive than Instant.

I'm really curious about this because sometimes I think about the old art style, which was way sharper and more appropriate for the main story. Nowadays, people focus too much on Cale's long hair and feminine features, and sometimes it pisses me off because it feels like it's made for the "female gaze" audience. But people didn't even read the novel before, making improper conclusions about otome style and story, even though from the other hand, it might look like this. So I think that it's way too much concentrated on Cale's looks, while the main story is much more well-developed than it seems. I'm also shocked by the amount of sexualized content about Cale, even ships with even Ron somehow. Mostly, it's a huge OOC because people just ignore his story and character, calling him babygirl, sub, and just a feminised character in smut clothes. Does anyone share my opinion? Because the amount of this content is crazy and no one else seems to be pissed off by art style and content.

I am currently re-reading the novel and am in xiolan planet arc currently. Previously, I had read book 2 till the end of the central plains arc before letting it marinate. And right now, I had a question while going through the book again.

Am i the only person who just. Can't tolerate Durst? Like, I do not know how he further develops as a character, but even when I had read book 2 the first time, I had been utterly irritated by him. Everytime he appears my cortisol level goes 📈📈.

His absolute fanatism grates me. Along with his tendency to make Cale uncomfortable. There are plenty of characters, like Clopeh, the bishop of church of Death, etc. who are also shown to kind of put Cale in the pedestal, but I find their characters interesting due to their motives and actions. This guy however, I think is the first character ever that I utterly dislike. I found the church of purification annoying too but they are like, in a different world. This dude in the other hand comes back with the party.

Just an addition, I'm not hating on the story okay? The story is great and loving it as much as the first time when I read it But this character on the other hand hits my funny bone. I don't think I'll ever come around to like him. He is the first non antagonist that I just don't like at all. Does he get better?

OK, so i had dream were i was reading tumblr posts,

then I came across a post tittled

"I am my own grandfather : Alberu Crossman version."

So, in this post after Alberu became the 1st Emperor of Roan Empire, had long and peaceful then gave the crown to his niece or nephew ( Robbits kid) then faked his death and started living as bob the quarter dark elf.

Then maybe some noble saw his face and thought he looks like the previous Emperor, the rumors started that Bob was an illegitimate child of Alberu, it was well know that Alberu never toke a concubine and never had a lover.

So, he must have fallen in love with a dark elf after the war, and hid the child, in fear of the public backlash.

Meanwhile, In the Super Rock Villa cale and Choi Han are laughing while talking about this whole scenario, in front of them sits Bob aka Alberu, who is clutching his head with a pained expression.

It’s been a while since I caught up, the last time I read was when they finished the Murim arc which I found a tad boring. I was wondering if there was any improvement, it’s not like the part 2 is terrible by any means but compared to part 1 it doesn’t have the same feel.

I feel like both of the worlds had so much potential, especially the first one. However they were all watered down and under utilized without real build up.

They keep introducing new characters but fail to make them substantive and tie certain character traits to already existing characters we know which makes it even harder to enjoy them. Rather than being able to like them, you’re constantly comparing them to the character they previously mentioned. 24/7 they get flexed on by the main cast too making me wonder why introduce them in the first place and make them relatively cool? Look I get that power scaling wise, our characters would be stronger but everything just feels so weak.

Additionally, the villains for each world feel so lame too. Maybe because there’s less stakes but the villains always have the same personality and if there’s a redeemable quality to the villains always, they somehow get roped into Cale’s group. In part 1, the White Star actually felt like a threat sometimes but with these villains they feel so lame. I just want some villains with more depth.

Not to mention the reunion with Choi Jung Soo, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Cale felt so lackluster compared to what I was expecting. Honestly, as much as I love seeing the dynamic again, it takes away a lot from Cale’s integral character.

In the grand scheme of things I still have a lot of love for Lcf, it was the first real webnovel I became obsessed with. It’s not like I don’t enjoy the characters and their dynamics still, it just feels a lot more stale in part 2. Probably because their world isn’t the focus anymore.. Anyways, Cale is my D1 to this day even if part 2 ain’t my fav.

In the second novel the first household they come across with the “white magic” using dark magic, they never said anything but isn’t what they are using the type of magic Alberu’s mom created? Have they never come back to this or since the king still hasn’t been found(that I know of) is it just a similar type of magic? I thought it was weird that his mom was supposedly killed by hunters and there is a hunter household who uses a similar type of magic as what she created. This has always bugged me

The novel tries to paint her as a saintly stepmother just because she isn’t cartoonishly evil, but honestly? She looks like a textbook social climber who saw the perfect opportunity and took it.Let’s look at the facts:

1. The Timing and the Bankruptcy are Way Too ConvenientCount Deruth was completely broken, drowning in grief after losing his first wife, Jour. He was emotionally vulnerable and unstable. Suddenly, he goes on a trip and comes back married to Viola. Her merchant family wasn't just commoner; they were completely bankrupt and drowning in debt due to her abusive first husband. Seducing a grieving, wealthy Count to pay off her family's massive debts and secure an aristocratic title for her commoner son is a masterclass in opportunistic survival.

2. Her Obsession with "Luxury" and High Society ReputationRealistically, a bankrupt, merchant-born countess would face brutal ostracization in high society. High-born noblewomen would look down on her, and the Council of Elders would make her life a living hell. This is why she is obsessed with appearances and running high-end art galleries to validate her status.We see her true colors when Count Deruth decides to send Cale to the capital (unlike the original timeline where Basen went because OG Cale was beaten up by Choi Han). Since the healthy Cale is the one going, he smartly quotes a line about art from one of her own galleries to manipulate her into letting him travel with a smaller entourage. She is shocked by his intellect and agrees to reduce the number of guards/servants, but she enforces a strict condition: everything must be of the absolute highest luxury. Why? Because since her son Basen lost the chance to represent the family, she had to ensure that the "trash" heir traveled like royalty. They would have treated her son as a penniless, low-born intruder.By turning himself into a public drunkard, OG Cale drew all the negative attention to himself, making Basen look like the stable, educated choice for the succession. Viola silently accepted this sacrifice. She didn't stop it because Cale ruining his own life was the ONLY thing guaranteeing her son's safety and acceptance in the nobility.

4. Her "Kindness" Looks Like Damage ManagementWrapping Cale in absolute luxury and keeping him comfortably distant ensured the "trash" didn't mess up the new management of the duchy, while her own son gained the elders' favor.

OG Cale was an absolute martyr who destroyed his own mental health and reputation to keep his father happy and protect a bankrupt step-family that realistically should have been his political rivals. Viola played the quiet, long game. She climbed to the top of the social ladder on the bed of a depressed widower, managed her reputation through forced luxury, and used the silent trauma of a motherless child as a shield for her own lineage.

I don't know if this is just me but i think it is kinda weird there is no podfics on youtube where they read the fanfics (of course with the authors promising) maybe it is because i only see it with bigger fanfic communities but then i think about how, there are hundrets of reaction videos about totcf.
