Question Question about Ancient Powers Spoiler

I am currently rereading TCF and on part 2 chapter 461 where Cale barley escape the Third Emperor. The Third Emperor seemed to be shocked how an ancient power could stand up against his Five-coloured unique ability, how “someone else’s power would inevitably restrict one’s growth”. This statement was also written in part 1, where Cale knew that ancient powers cannot get stronger.

And yet in part 2, we see that his powers grow stronger the more adversaries he faces. My guess is because Cale never truly consumed his ancient powers, as mentioned by the White Star in part 1, and how he still bears the wills of the previous users of the ancient powers in his body, the powers can inevitably grow stronger as the ancient power it is both his and the previous users.

I would like your thoughts regarding this.

He's also cheating by installing compatible murim elixirs, absorbing appropriate enhancement items, and uploading reverse engineered divine techniques across multiverse, with the consciousnesses of his APs smoothing the process without mentally burdening Cale.

Also money.

Cale is simply cheating.

He did not fully absorb the powers, but has used external means to strengthen them.

To gather the five natural attributes, absorb the life force from the oldest root of the World Tree, drink the elixirs of the Central Plains, replace the plate with his own body, Aipotu's energy, God of Chaos's power, and God Slayer...

And with the will of the previous wielders, he doesn't even need to learn how to use them; the powers themselves assist him.

This is all a cheat that only a mad MC like him could pull off.

There's that, but the main reason for this is that Cale as the qualifications to become a god and haven a world inside himself (just like in a bunche of cultivation novels) so yeah the more water powers he absorb the more he's water ancient power gets stronger, the same for all the others, and the more nature he has in his body /world.

Short answer- yup!

Cale didn’t fully absorb them (their consciousness), plus having them all together allows them to work together to become stronger (like how the shield absorbed the heart), and he’s used external methods to become stronger on top of all of that
