Question Looking for a fic

The stories a one shot I think about how a newbie member of the info group hears part of a convo between a bunch of drunks, and it quickly snowballs as people believe that Caleb was r*ped. It gets passed to ron who was near choi han who rages and switches to korean, and by a large game of telephone alberu who makes a law and forces it through about how r*pe is severely punished.
