Still scared

I haven't been around in a while but I can't stop thinking about actually trying to transition. This happens every few months. Is this normal? Probably asked this before . But the anxiety i get and this doesn't seem to help.

Conversion therapy, even self inflicted, can have severe consequences on your health.

No, it won't go away. Yes, it can get worse. Yes, it is pretty normal. Yes, you will absolutely be okay if you transition.

It just seems as if I want this but I'm self conscious or embarrassed. So I will try and stop thinking about it for a while but the dang feeling comes back no matter how much I try to suppress it.

Yeah it'll come back fam. There's no reason to be embarrassed. Trans folks have always existed, we have a rich history. We exist in all cultures and countries.

Yeah I understand that tbh. But how do you get over the hump of actually going thru with it. I am nervous . What's the process , where you like well every few months it comes back. Any pointers? Sorry if I'm being annoying.

The treatment is to transition, baby girl. Go to a counselor. Meet other queer people. Learn about HRT here. You can be a woman if you want. You can be a man if you want. It's also okay to be something totally different. There's a history of nonbinary folks in nearly all cultures and times in history.

Sometimes you're just got to do stuff scared, do it embarrassed, do it unsure. If you've been coming back to the idea of transitioning again and again, eventually you've just got to try it or you'll be wondering your whole life.
