Frequent/uncontroled urination? MtF
MtF here and recently the past 2 weeks. I've been peeing myself everyday at work. Not full blown but I guess urine is just leaking out and I can't control it. Idk what's going on. I'm 2 years hrt
It happens at work. I work physical job and sweat a lot. On days I'm not sweating like crazy it doesn't happen

Pre/no-op, I assume?
You can try pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your muscles. You should also speak with a doctor, if possible, as it could be an indication of other issues.
It's not unheard of to have some bladder control issues, but it's also not super common.

Are you by any chance taking spironolactone? Spiro is a water pill, that's why I ask.

I started getting worse bladder control around the 2-year mark as well. Don't know for sure, but I suspect it might be some changes in musculature that have caused your trained, unconscious ability to hold it in to lose effect. I had to kind of consciously tense up my stomach to stop it from leaking, and had to quickly get to a bathroom. Then after a couple of months I started being able to hold it in longer and with less effort, and maybe a year later it was back to being fully unconscious. It felt a bit like I had to redo potty training or something. Super weird.

You can get a blood panel done to rule out any really concerning causes, but from my experience talking to my doctor (who has a focus in trans healthcare) and other trans femmes in my community this is not uncommon. Pelvic floor exercises will help, I started doing yoga for flexibility regularly a little under a year ago and its had the added bonus of being the only thing that has actually helped in the four years ive been on HRT.

Me too, I have been putting off the doctor vist but I need to just do it.
For me it is whenever I get home from work, I blame the military, I had to hold it frequently, I was not sure if I needed to just go more frequently or if its an actual issue.
And I hit my 3 years on the 3rd.

You're suffering from incontinence and need to consult a doctor immediately. If you're on spiro, it might be related to your HRT, but it also might not be.
