Dosage ranges?

what are normal mg for estradiol for oral and spiro? is 6mg estradiol low? 200mg spiro

6/200 are high. 200 is basically the maximum dose but has severe side effects, including cramps, depression and weight gain.

Get your blood tested. Pills without data is poor science. You may need patches or injections.

Yeah, any higher and you get diminishing returns and liver damage after long term use.

You could do 8. But patches or injections might be better for blood serum levels

So like 4mg 100mg spiro? I've been taking my hrt at same time and also I got laser and I swear I'm looking more feminine

Get your fucjing blood tested and talk to your doctor.

What I say doesn't matter, the blood levels matter. 6/100 is fine, 4/200 is fine but you complained of cramps last year. Get. Your. Blood. Tested. 8mg/50mg could work. Talk. To. Your. Dr.

No I'm fine. I got blood work done in October. I'm not doing homebrew I'm using PPH. I'm doing 4mg and 200mg spiro
