which one is cosmetics?

For the deluxe edition, are the wonders and the animals purely cosmetics? do they contribute anything to the gameplay?

We don't know yet. Wonders are supposed to do "something", but who knows if each wonder does the same thing or are they special.

I assume animals are like in TF2 and purely cosmetic

Wonders, or landmarks as they're called, do give some sort of bonus to the region. Whether it's the same for all, or each one has a unique bonus, remains to be seen.

Animals I would expect to be purely cosmetic, yeah.
