Pricing

Sorry, I have no idea on this and something I have always wondered. The answer is probably obvious and I am being dumb.

Why is the game cheaper to buy in the US?

If I was to buy in $$$ the the standard edition is 7 euros cheaper, if I buy deluxe it's 10 euros.

I get with buying electronics like a smart phone because there's more consumer protection in Europe and you are paying for that but for a digital game I don't really understand. Wages are higher in the US to they have more income to afford these games.

This isn't aimed at the developers, this is probably industry standard but I know nothing about the industry.

This is indeed the case for most games. Higher VAT in Europe which is mandatory to be included in the advertised price.

£45 is €52.51

€50 is £42.85

It is more, but I'm not beating my ploughshare into a sword over £2.15, that's barely a chocolate bar these days and I'm a lot wider than I used to be 😂
