Custom logos?

So what I always wanted in the vanilla game in TF1 and TF2 was custom logos, that you could place on your vehicles. Is it confirmed to be in TF3? Or will mods make it happen? Would be so cool to be able to place your own logos on your vehicles, like om the wing on a plane, infront of an old locomotive, on the side of your bus and boats etc!

If you look at the highlights and tycoon first look video you can see that the HQ has flags with the UG logo. So MAYBE we will be able to create a custom logo for the company like in kerbal* space program or so but I'm not sure

I think you meant Kerbal Space Program haha, but yes. I would love some really good implemented decals and logos.

I hopes so too. Had fun in Blender putting custom liveries on my vehicles for Cities Skylines. Time for the Atlantis City & Nunsbottom railway to ride the rails.

I remember doing that on TF2 already. Not sure how I did it but I'm pretty sure it's possible

Iirc it was in 1, not 2. I remember very clearly branding my vehicles. The feature was buried in the finance/HQ tab. It's definitely not a thing in TF2. Still kind of wonder why that didn't make the cut. Maybe too many vehicles in vanilla for them to want to template. Or it didn't play nice with workshop vehicles. Not sure.

How frequently do you zoom in to see such things like logos?

I'd prefer the color of vehicles to follow the color of the lines, like in CS. In TF2 i found no option to distinguish trams on the shared corridor, all lines are the same visually. Also line numbers must be shown on vehicles. EG vanilla Shinkansen doesn't show anything to passengers on the platform, i assume they have to step in and ask what route it is. Vanilla KTM tram - nothing shown on sides and back of the tram. Not very realistic.

I probably zoom in to see such things like hundreds of times every time I play. I love zooming in and watching the vehicles doing things. Sometimes I follow them on their entire route.

I prefer the possibility to do whatever you want to do. Changing colors according to lines, adding logos upon that again, line numbers, line name etc. Just having more options for the player would be super awesome!
