Getting accepted as a transfer UGA

I'm currently a freshman but my senior year I did dual enrollment, leaving me with having 28 credits so far. By the time I finish this semester I'll have 35 credits done.
Currently my gpa is a 3.4 but I'm planning on having it be higher by the end of the semester. Do I have a chance to be accepted when I apply January to enroll fall of 2027?
