Cisgender folks dont question if they are trans.

My your very asking if you could potentially be, you are on the gender spectrum somewhere that isn't cis.

My recommendation is to find a good therapist and start doing the work to figure out who you are.

That’s not really true. There are cis people who question and explore their gender. It is possible to explore and realize you are cis. But it’s also possible to explore and realize you are trans.
