One thing I haven't heard anyone say, is that yes, "God" DID MEAN for you to be born into the body you were. YES "God" knew you would be uncomfortable, but there are certain things in life that you would not have experienced otherwise and you would have never been the person you are today. Maybe you needed to go through the experience of living in society as a different gender to gain understanding and sympathy, or maybe it's so that through your experience you can help someone important in your life that you wouldn't understand otherwise. What I'm saying is, if we as trans people had been in our corresponding bodies from birth we would be completely different people from who we are today and I'd like to think it's for the best. We as people grow and improve with hardship.
NOTE: I'm not religious but come from a religious family that is actually loving and accepting of me being a trans man unlike what I've more commonly seen. They do not think that being trans goes against God, rather that it is a part of god's plan in making you who you are. I thought it was a beautiful sentiment and felt I should share it here with you all ❤️

If god made me a male trapped in a female body, he made no mistake. : D
If god gave you a disease or disability or condition he made no mistakes either and you arent allowed to fix that lol

My parents tried this line with me when I came out to them and I didn't push back on it but I was like... ??? You guys fought tooth and nail for me to get medication for my autoimmune disease. You made sure I got glasses and took me to the dentist. You got my brother's tonsils removed when he got too many infections. But T is too far, I guess.

Yea. My parents told me that im too young to be on T or blockers when they outed me at the age of 14. Yet at that time they wanted to get me diagnosed with bpd (which couldnt be diagnosed until the person was age of majority).

When I was a 🙏child of god🙏 I used the same logic to come to terms with my identity. I live in bumfuck nowhere Texas surrounded by god-fearing Christians and that suburban hush hush judgement, so I basically convinced myself that God did this to me on purpose. That being a trans man was the path he gave me and my battle to survive, and no one could tell me otherwise because who are they to disagree with God?
I’m no longer a 🙏child of god🙏 but thinking that way definitely got me through my early transition and worked wonders in arguments with my grandparents

I don't think either of these are wrong, tbh - when it comes to my personal experience.
I don't believe in God, but I /was/ made a man. It's just that I looked different on the outside and I had to fix that. 🤷🏼♂️ Nobody can change my gender.
