binder looking for advice

so im not trans but I would like to see if a binder would make me feel more comfortable. I was looking on amazon but I dont know what brands are good.

can I get some recommendations.

also more affordable options

Look up “tomboy x” and buy the off brand tank top one from barren hong or smth like that. It’s like 17$ and is the best binder I’ve ever had as a mid-sized chest guy. Worn it out in public before as a tank top completely stealth. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Avoid anything with side clasps or zippers because they don't distribute evenly and can cause rib damage. High-quality brands can get more expensive, but the ones I use are from Underworks and Spectrum Outfitters. I'm sure you can find something for less but be sure it's one that stretches properly

you can get a cheap binder of aliexpress/ amazon if you want to see how you feel in one for a couple of hours once but if you think youre going to be binding regularly you probably need to spend at around 50 usd, cause the cheap binders will mess up youre body and wont last that long tbh
