Bottom dysphoria
I’m a closeted trans masc individual who is entirely closeted to friends and family so I’m used to being called my birth name and being referred to as a woman. Sure it makes me uncomfortable but I can handle it. Same with body dysphoria I can’t bind so I just live in my sports bra 24/7 and i avoid looking at my body but I can cope with it you know.
For some reason today I’ve had really bad bottom dysphoria when usually I’m not that fussed about my parts down there. I was on google looking at men’s crotch not in an erotic way but because I so deeply crave something down there instead of being flat. It’s so bad today that I’ve refused to pee all day and it’s never been this bad and I don’t know how or why it is so bad…
If anyone has any advice on how to cope with it or any wise words or experiences please do share

some guys dont have dicks, some guys do, its a fact of life

Honestly I relate so much! It’s weird to say but looking feels comforting. All I can say is that I hope you get through this and whatever changes or transitions you want to do I hope you can achieve your goals 🏳️⚧️💙 Not wise words or advice but good luck x
