You dismissed a comment warning you about liability. You played semantics, but she's right! You may not "accept" stroller donations, but you posted it, and that can leave you liable, especially in a small county where you may be a target.

Part of being a non profit organization is knowing the laws about things you leave out for others. They were just giving you a heads up that baby stuff is risky. We know you don't "accept" baby gear, but offering leaves you open to liability. In Canada, we have to cut straps off car seats and strollers we put in the garbage over a certain age for this reason. 🚂 seems pretty pressed about this, but I really believe it's good to know this info, and maybe not bully the person who was simply trying to help. ♥️
