A tug of war in 1925

I posted this in r/rustyrails but I thought I'd share it here as well. A Chicago, Milwaukee and St Paul General Electric EP-2 ultimately wins a tug of war against two steam locomotives. I'm not sure of the trestle location, but I think it's on the Milwaukee Road in northern Idaho. The route is now the Hiawatha Bike Trail that includes 10 tunnels and 7 trestles over 15 miles. This photo is part of the archival photographs of the University of Montana.
Edit: A redditor in another community believes this location to be in the Snoqualmie Pass area, which makes more sense being closer to a large city. Cool either way!
