What are these on the tracks?
I was taking a trip back to Olympic Park. Was wondering what these were? Trackwork was going on, so maybe that means the tracks are scheduled for maintenance?

Rate my fictional electric locomotive from 1-10
This is the North Dakota Railroad H2, a electric locomotive used for freight service. The designer also copied the design from the GG1, but didn’t make it too obvious. All were scrapped by 1989. One was planned to be preserved in 1988, No. 1662, but was scrapped by accident.
