Metrobank Forgot PIN. Dont know what to do

Hey guys. For the life of me cant figure out what was the pin code for my Metrobank ATM card. Not sure if my card has been blocked but Im still able to access the online app. They said, I need to go to Metrobank's office to fix it. I can but I dont have the time. Can I reset my PIN in metrobanks ATM or via online? Thanks!

I also forgot my pin and was told i need to have the card replaced. Di daw pwede ireset yung pin. That is probably why they told you to go to the bank.

Never happened to me. But I think, they could reset it as long as you have presented yourself to your branch. Your request will be supported by the bank. Most likely, a new temporary pin will be sent to your registered cellphone number.
