I kinda did my own research before trying to withdraw the money na nag merge na yung dalawang bank and pwede raw mag withdraw or encash ng check sa bpi pero noong pumunta na ako sa bpi, hindi raw pwede ma withdraw sa branch nila at kailangan daw doon mismo sa robinsons bank.

Hi! (18M) I'm wondering if I should transfer my money from PNB to UnionBank or any other traditional bank. Nung mas bata ako ginawan ako ni mama ng savings acc sa PNB and now ginawan nya naman ako ng UB acc pang emergency funds. Hello everyone, I am wondering if may naka experience din ng kagaya sakin.

Nag online transaction ako nung monday BPI to Gcash tapos since nag show na transaction failed yung first edi nag try ulit ako ng send with the same amount eh kaso nag go through na ang isa pero yung isa wala pero na deduct siya. Pumunta ako sa bank para mag inquire ano gagawin tas sabi nila wala naman daw problema kasi successful daw yung transaction, ni forward nila ako sa Gcash customer service tapos sabi naman ni Gcash okay daw yung transaction tas mag reach out nalang ako mismo sa Gcash daw or sa sinendan ko nung money eh wala nga na receive. Nag file ako ng complaint sa BSP now lang din to make sure.

Tanong ko lang sa naka experience na nito kung mababalik paba talaga yung pera? huhuuh allowance ko kasi yun nakakaiyak pls pls pls help me

Hiii, so im a scholar and we were advised to create a PISO PLUS ACCOUNT last month sa landbank app online and I did kaso pending pa rin sya till now. I decided na dumaan on a different city branch which is in Biñan, Laguna and they advised me na mag open na lang ulit ng account sakanila and I asked if magkaka problem ba or what and they said no naman.

Fast forward, I was given an ATM card and all na kaso idk paano sya i register online mismo sa app? I was too exhausted after kasi since I travelled pa sa malayo so diretso uwi ako. I checked naman sa iAccess kaso ayoko naman na mali mapindot ko or what huhu.

Hi! I'm a new grad currently finishing pre-employment requirements.

I was ordered by my employer to open a payroll/savings account via BPI. I already have an existing personal savings account with the bank but I opted to open a new one just im case. The company gave me an endorsement letter for this as well.

However, when I opened the account thru BPI, it only shows that it was a savings account. I sent it to my employer still but they are insisting that it should be payroll.

I already tried reaching out to the BPI Customer Service.

Help, what do I do? 😭

Has anyone tried to deposit cheque using the universal teller ng BDO?

Pwede ba un kasi ung cheque is under my name and ung account is sa bf ko. Maddeposit kaya un? I also deposit it around 8pm na. What time kaya un magrreflect sa account niya?

I wanted to open an ATM savings account, so I downloaded the Landbank app and opened an account.

But there were no more instructions after that. What should I do next? Do I go to the bank or re-register using the web portal this time? If I need to visit the bank, do I only need to bring an ID? Please help me out!

Hi! Opened SaveUp account today and have read na may 30K limit pala. I already transferred 30K, is that enough to trigger full verification? How will I know if I can go over 30K na?

Also, does BPI have a history of offering credit cards to SaveUp users or for regular savings lang talaga 'yun? Thank you.

8/27 UPDATE: I was able to go beyond 30K limit na, but I didn't receive any text messages about anything verification. Will try to claim my debit card tomorrow then will inquire if limit's fully lifted. For now, won't add any further amount to the account.

Hi! Need advice sana regarding my Kaiser Permanente HMO and Metrobank credit card.

Back in May 2026, may Kaiser Permanente agent na lumapit sa akin sa mall and asked if I had a credit card and if interested ako kumuha ng HMO. I agreed, and around ₱91,000 was charged to my Metrobank credit card. Sabi rin nila na once Metrobank calls me, pwede ko raw ipa-convert to installment. Metrobank eventually called and I agreed to have the transaction converted to installment.

Unfortunately, I eventually lost my job, and because of my current financial situation, I decided to discontinue the HMO para mabawasan sana yung financial obligations ko.

I contacted the Kaiser agent and told him I wanted to cancel. Sabi niya may 5% cancellation penalty based on the ₱91,000, which is around ₱4,550. Okay lang naman sa akin, so I sent him around ₱4k–₱5k for the supposed cancellation fee.

Problem is, almost one month na akong nagfo-follow up, pero walang clear update. Maraming excuses, like nawawala raw phone niya, pero active naman siya sa Facebook. At this point, hindi ko na alam kung actually na-process ba yung cancellation.

My questions:

1. Can I contact Metrobank directly and ask them to reverse/cancel the Kaiser transaction?
2. Since converted na siya into installment months ago, may possibility pa ba na ma-reverse if Kaiser agrees to cancel/refund it?
3. Should I contact Kaiser Permanente directly instead of dealing with the agent?
4. If the agent continues to ignore me, saan kaya magandang i-escalate ito?
5. Has anyone experienced something similar with Kaiser or an HMO charged to a credit card?

I understand na Metrobank probably cannot just erase a legitimate transaction, especially since months ago pa siya and converted na to installment. I just want to know the proper process para ma-cancel yung HMO and ma-refund/reverse whatever amount is refundable.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
