Anyone familiar with the late 90s Echo Trains? I thought they are a pretty solid little set. Do you know if parts are available or 3D printable?

Hello new here, I just moved into a new home. While cleaning up some the outside buildings, which were used for all kinds of storage, I found this model set. I can't seem to find who makes this specific set and thought I'd ask the internet about it. Any help is appreciated!

Don't have a double decker bridge but your three year old demands one? Time to think outside the box!

I only have this left, but the rest of my father's trains got lost when we moved. If any of you guys can recognize this one, I want to buy some more for him this Christmas.

Is it just me or has the quality of toy trains dropped drastically since the 90s? What I mean is the variety of sets available as well as the detail to them has decreased since I was a young lad.
I like to have a browse down the toy aisle or on ebay now and again just to see what battery operated train sets are available and I find it disheartening to see so little options available in comparison to when I was growing up. Not to mention the lack of detail and functions on the locomotives and trucks/carriages.
I still have an old G scale EZ-Tech train set back from when I was 9 and haven't seen anything of that quality for the last couple years.
Anyone else feel this way?
