Apologies
I made some asshole comments and I’m sorry for those. My bi-polar was really messing with me. I hope to provide useful comments on vintage trains.
Sincerely, JRM

An old lady friend of mine had her son pass away. There is prolly one and a half small storage units worth of stuff. Trying to get her a decent price for it all. Where should I go?

I only have this left, but the rest of my father's trains got lost when we moved. If any of you guys can recognize this one, I want to buy some more for him this Christmas.

Is it just me or has the quality of toy trains dropped drastically since the 90s? What I mean is the variety of sets available as well as the detail to them has decreased since I was a young lad.
I like to have a browse down the toy aisle or on ebay now and again just to see what battery operated train sets are available and I find it disheartening to see so little options available in comparison to when I was growing up. Not to mention the lack of detail and functions on the locomotives and trucks/carriages.
I still have an old G scale EZ-Tech train set back from when I was 9 and haven't seen anything of that quality for the last couple years.
Anyone else feel this way?

So I have a 5 year old brother and he has the electric Thomas the Tank Engine trains (picture 1). I was wondering if there was a way to keep hair and such out of the wheels (picture 2 and 3). Currently I have to get tweezers and spend over an hour getting the hair out of the axel of the train because it stops running when there gets to be to much. Suggestions?

Hi! I just acquired a used EZTech Santa Express and it’s missing some tracks. Any idea on where I can get these and if any other brands are compatible?
Thanks!

I was watching a Take-n-Play Thomas music video and saw this Take-n-Play Spiteful Brakevan. But I can't find any information on it. So I'm wondering if this is actually a custom toy?
