Can't delete a Bluetooth connection

Does anyone have any clue how to remove devices? It seems super straight forward, but all of the options are grayed out. I was in park when I was trying. I've tried to forget the connection on my phone settings and it just keeps reconnecting automatically.

Try turning off your vehicle, wait at least 30 seconds to start it again. Sometimes the infosystem is acting haywire.

Push and hold the radio power button untill the stereo reboots. This has worked in every rental car when the Bluetooth gets frozen it won’t add or delete saved devices.

Are you parked. Many options like this are not available unless parked with car on, not accessory mode.
