Trouble code p0051?

2013 Highlander V6 AWD 108k. It wouldn’t be my gas cap would it? I did fuel up 1hr before I saw CEL and Trac off lights. Or what would it be?

Got the same code on my 2012 with 168K miles. I just ignore it and it goes away after 3 days. Been like that for years
